Our technology-oriented real estate sales department will make every effort to bolster and support DC Holdings' business, including its strategic plan for the national expansion of its smart city technology. We hope to create new profit levels for DC Holdings through zoned asset management and operational services. We aspire to develop easily duplicated, promotable, sustainable, and unique patterns of development, becoming the backbone of DC Holdings’ technology-oriented real estate ventures. We seek to create a deluxe brand which widens both the influence and appeal of DC Holdings, eventually leading to the asset management sector. We hope to transform it into a domestic, first-class, technology-oriented real estate operational service provider within the next five to ten years.
